LITIGATION ATTORNEY
Boutique litigation firm has an immediate opening for a self motivated litigation attorney. A minimum of 3 - 5 years of litigation experience is required, preferably in the public entity and self insured domain. Must have experience with drafting and responding to discovery, defending and taking depositions, preparing briefs, pleadings and opinions, and performing legal research. Trial experience preferred. The position requires the applicant to have excellent research, writing, trial and negotiation skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload. Qualified candidates must possess computer and organizational skills, the ability to interact with all levels of management and to work independently.
