Tubi remote worker whistleblower pressed on number of days she spent in California

A two-day bench trial litigating the issue of whether an out-of-state remote worker could serve as the lead plaintiff in a proposed class action wrapped up Tuesday.

The lead defense attorney for Tubi, Inc. and its parent company, Fox Corp., wrapped up a two-day bench trial in a gender discrimination case on Tuesday by pointing out discrepancies in the plaintiff's testimony regarding the amount of time she physically spent in California during her six-month stint as Tubi's chief people officer.
