Court to Decide If Military Can Detain Citizens Incommunicado
WASHINGTON - Intensifying its scrutiny of the government's war on terrorism, the Supreme Court agreed Friday to consider whether the U.S. military may hold incommunicado U.S. citizens as "enemy combatants" after they have been captured in a foreign war zone.
