Panel Will Review Its Ruling on DNA Samples From Parolees
SAN FRANCISCO - The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals voted Monday to reconsider its October decision that paroled inmates cannot be forced to provide blood samples for a federal DNA data bank without a reasonable suspicion that a crime was committed.
