Lawyers' Trip to Cuba Draws Some Criticism

SANTA ANA - Jamie Duarte is going to Cuba, and he's taking 90 lawyers with him. Next month, Duarte, as president of the Orange County Hispanic Bar Association, will lead a large delegation of lawyers and judges to the island nation 90 miles off the Florida coast that has bedeviled American presidents and policy-makers for four decades.
