SF judge weighs contacting federal counterpart overseeing Amazon lawsuit
Amazon is currently litigating two separate antitrust lawsuits, accusing it of using its agreements with third-party retailers and wholesalers to stymie price competition in the online marketplace.
A San Francisco judge told attorneys for Amazon Inc. and the California Department of Justice that he may need to coordinate with a federal judge in Washington to avoid potential scheduling disputes in a pair of antitrust lawsuits against the tech giant.
