San Francisco City Attorney Dennis Herrera Thursday was sworn into office for his third term at a public ceremony in City Hall's North Light Court. When Assembly member John A. Pérez, who administered the oath of office, forgot a few of the words, Herrera was able to fill them in from memory amid chuckles from the audience.
