Cannabis union requirements challenged

Requirements stipulating labor peace agreements deny companies of negotiating power and due process rights, according to a new complaint.

California statutes requiring cannabis operations with 20 or more employees to form a labor peace agreement with a union are unconstitutional and preempted by federal labor laws, according to a recent lawsuit filed in San Diego.
