Weinstein’s victims will have to tell their stories, again
The New York Court of Appeals has reversed and remanded Harvey Weinstein’s convictions for the rapes of two women, citing violations of Weinstein’s presumption of innocence. The new trial is set to take place in the Fall of 2024, resulting in the victims having to relive their experiences.
