Attorney claims tax firm fired him over unlicensed law practice claims

Robin Park raised concerns with Baker Tilly management that a partner there was practicing without being admitted to the California Bar.

An attorney formerly employed by Baker Tilly claims the accounting firm fired him after he raised concerns that a partner there was practicing without a license.
