The NCAA urged dismissal of Reggie Bush's amended antitrust lawsuit, arguing his name, image, and likeness claims are time-barred and already settled in earlier federal cases involving college athletes' compensation.

The NCAA argues that former University of Southern California football star Reggie Bush's amended antitrust lawsuit over the alleged ongoing exploitation of his name, image and likeness is too late and already settled.
