Making the Leap

Allen B. Grodsky likened starting a new firm to being a trapeze artist: You must let go of the old and trust the new will be there to meet you.

SANTA MONICA - The first time Michael J. Olecki met Allen B. Grodsky, his future law partner was playing Nerf baseball with some other lawyers in the hallway of their former firm, Browne & Woods. That was in 1990.
