Career Highlights: Dhanidina heard almost 900 appeals as an Associate Justice for the Second District of the California Court of Appeal and presided over 70 jury trials as a Judge for the Los Angeles County Superior Court. Raised by parents who immigrated to the U.S. from East Africa, retired appellate justice Halim Dhanidina knows a thing or two about standing out.
