Justices Query: Once a Pimp, Always a Pimp?

LOS ANGELES - It's been a few years now since legal experts tackled the questions of what the definition of the word "is" is. In ruling that "Menace II Society" filmmakers Allen and Albert Hughes Jr. did not defame their father in a published article by claiming "Our dad's a pimp," a state appellate court Tuesday found that "is" could reasonably mean "was."
