Attorney General Urges Agencies to Embrace ADR

WASHINGTON - Attorney General Janet Reno on Monday urged top officials from all major federal agencies to avoid litigation and use alternative methods of dispute resolution whenever possible to settle internal complaints, contract disputes and other conflicts that arise in the day-to-day functioning of the U.S. government.
