Simpsons Legal Woes Continue in Custody Case

SANTA ANA --- The verdict in the O.J. Simpson child custody case may be invalid because the case was taken away from a commissioner in the middle of trial and assigned to another judge - a violation of the California constitution, an appellate court justice said Friday.
