San Diego Teen-agers to be Tried as Adults

SAN DIEGO - A San Diego Superior Court judge Thursday ruled that three 15-year-olds charged with murder in the death of a 12-year-old girl should be tried as adults, then released them from juvenile custody to their parents at the end an unusually long hearing.
