Legal Foundation Capitalizes on Promoting Conservative Policy

SACRAMENTO - Hardly a hot-button policy issue blows through this town that isn't on the agenda of Pacific Legal Foundation. You name it, PLF has gone to court over it --- everything from welfare reform to term limits for politicians; from battles over affirmative action and bilingual education to showdowns over public benefits for illegal immigrants, government taxing authority, and membership dues collected by labor unions and the State Bar.
