Bar Association to Prohibit 'Pay to Play' Donations

TORONTO - Taking its strongest stand yet against lawyers who make political contributions in hopes of winning work from politicians, the American Bar Association ordered its ethics committee to write a rule prohibiting the practice known as "pay to play."
