Walgreens building in Santee sold for $10.1 million

A building fully occupied by a Walgreens drug store at 9305 Mission Gorge Road in Santee has been sold for a total of $10.1 million.

A building fully occupied by a Walgreens drug store at 9305 Mission Gorge Road in Santee has been sold for a total of $10.1 million.

The buyer was CPI Santee LLC, a unit of Roebling Investment Co. of Hackensack, N.J.

The seller was Interra-vision Santee LLC.

No brokers were listed by The CoStar Group in connection with the transaction.

The nearly 14,000-square-foot building was constructed in 1964, but has been renovated multiple times since.
