High court steps into medical marijuana debate by agreeing to review cases

The state Supreme Court decided Wednesday to take another look at California's medical marijuana laws, this time to sort out whether cities and counties can regulate or ban dispensaries.

SAN FRANCISCO - The state Supreme Court decided Wednesday to take another look at California's medical marijuana laws, this time to sort out whether cities and counties can regulate or ban dispensaries.
