Briefing continues in disgraced journalist's effort to join California Bar

The high court is deciding whether to admit Stephen Glass, who fabricated dozens of stories for national magazines and lied to cover it up.

The State Bar on Friday disputed that they've put disgraced journalist Stephen Glass in a "Catch-22" situation by requiring him to make amends to his former profession before he can be admitted as a lawyer.
