Two scientists cleared of wrongdoing

An independent panel has cleared two government scientists of wrongdoing after a Fresno federal judge accused them of acting in bad faith in a case involving protecting salmon in the Sacramento San Joaquin River Delta.

An independent panel has cleared two government scientists of wrongdoing after a Fresno federal judge accused them of acting in bad faith in a case involving protecting salmon in the Sacramento San Joaquin River Delta.
