Pfizer May Have Settled Painkiller Suits

A federal judge overseeing litigation involving the painkillers Bextra and Celebrex on Friday ordered plaintiffs to submit information designed to determine which cases are suitable for trial. But the order only applies to one plaintiffs' firm leading to speculation that the rest of cases have been quietly settled.
