Double-Jeopardy Dismissal Sought in Obscenity Case
Web Exclusive - The lawyer for accused distributor of obscenity Ira Isaacs filed a motion Friday to dismiss his client's case under the Constitution's double jeopardy clause. In June, a mistrial was declared after questions arose about racy pictures found on a a publicly acessible server operated by the judge presiding over the trial, Alex Kozinski, chief judge of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
