Christensen Was Either 'Shot-Caller' or 'Victim'

A federal prosecutor told jurors Thursday that 34 recorded conversations prove Terry N. Christensen was the "shot-caller" who ordered private investigator Anthony Pellicano to wiretap the litigation opponent of his billionaire client. In its opening statement, the defense said the Los Angeles attorney was a "victim."
