La Jolla's Prospect Square Sells for $10.3 Million
Prospect Square LLC , a joint venture of Ramsey Real Estate Group and Pacific Equity Properties Inc., sold Prospect Square in downtown La Jolla for $10.3 million. Prospect Square is a 32,950-square-foot retail, restaurant and office project with three levels of subterranean parking, located at 1025 Prospect St. The buyer was Los Angeles-based 1025 Prospect Limited Partnership.
