NetApp wins attorney fees against Acacia subsidiary in patent case
NetApp Inc. has won $1.4 million in attorney fees after a Delaware federal judge determined that an Acacia Research Corp. subsidiary pursued "frivolous" patent infringement claims against the Sunnyvale-based company.

NetApp Inc. has won $1.4 million in attorney fees after a Delaware federal judge determined that an Acacia Research Corp. subsidiary pursued "frivolous" patent infringement claims against the Sunnyvale-based company.
