Standard & Poor's Ratings Services on Friday cut its rating on bonds issued to Thomas Jefferson School of Law six steps from a B+ to a CC and predicted the school would default.
The school could not make its full payment on the bonds in June, and it probably won't make its September payment, the rating company said in a news release.
