High Court: U.S. Citizens Can Face Trial in Iraq

Although American citizens held overseas by the military do have habeas corpus rights in U.S. courts, the Supreme Court in a unanimous decision Thursday said that two men held by U.S. military forces in Iraq should face trial in that country on criminal charges.
