Baseball Stats Are Fair Game for Fantasy

Weakening Major League Baseball's grip on companies that offer fantasy baseball leagues to the public, the U.S. Supreme Court Monday rejected Baseball's bid to control the commercial use of players' names and statistics in fantasy games.
