Justices Reject Lawsuit Tying Visa, MasterCard to Web Piracy
The U.S. Supreme Court Monday rejected a bid by a Beverly Hills-based erotic-photo publisher that sought to hold Visa and MasterCard liable for processing payments to pirate Web sites that stole copyrighted photos of the company's nude models.
