Supreme Court Won't Rule on State's Arbitration Law for Now
Refusing to examine California arbitration law, the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected an appeal seeking to force a San Diego cell phone customer to waive her class action claims and arbitrate her dispute with wireless carrier T-Mobile USA Inc. on an individual basis.
