SAN FRANCISCO - Judge JoAnn Remke quickly signaled that she had heard enough from a prosecutor appearing before her. "I hate to have parties enter into stipulations about undisputed facts and then have witnesses come in and testify about undisputed facts," the State Bar Court hearing judge said near the outset of a recent disciplinary hearing.
