9th Circuit Made Only Minor Changes in Its Rules for 2005

Changes to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeal's rules usually take effect in July and January. There were no changes to the 9th Circuit's local rules or general orders in July 2004, but several changes took effect Jan. 1.
