City's Wording Condemns It To Lose Condemnation Case

City of Los Angeles, 124 Cal.App.4th 537 (2004), the 2nd District Court of Appeal held that a developer prevented from finalizing construction of its shopping center could proceed with its inverse condemnation case against the city and was not barred by the short 90-day statute of limitations of the Subdivision Map Act.
