Toyota eyewitness in acceleration trial says brake lights never flashed

Toyota attorneys from Bowman and Brooke are attempting to prove that Noriko Uno pressed the gas pedal in a state of confusion and never tried to slow her vehicle during a half-mile journey through oncoming traffic.

LOS ANGELES - An eyewitness told jurors Wednesday that he never saw the brake lights of a 2006 Toyota Camry flash before the vehicle rammed into a large tree, backing up Toyota's defense in the first unintended acceleration personal injury case to go to trial in California.
