'Bounty Hunter' Meets Match Over Fees
Attorney Morse Mehrban has settled thousands of "civil rights" lawsuits lodged by a loyal roster of disabled clients against small-business owners, usually for unreachable ketchup dispensers or bathroom mirrors that are too high. On Tuesday, he hit a roadblock in Superior Court.
