Lawsuit Noir: Couple Seek $60 Million After Agents Storm Desert Home

Federal agents raided Julia and B.J. Davis' hope in August 2005. The couple have filed a lawsuit accusing the government of retaliating against Julia Davis for launching a sexual harassment claim against her supervisor at the Department of Homeland Security in 2002.
