States Stamp Out the Spark in Suds
California Attorney General Jerry Brown just took the kick out of a popular alcoholic drink. Brown joined with San Francisco City Attorney Dennis Herrera and attorneys from 13 other states to announce a settlement agreement Thursday with beverage manufacturer MillerCoors LLC. By Jan. 10, the company will have to remove the caffeine content from its drinks Sparks, Sparks Plus and Sparks Light.
