'Dressing Up' Gender Stereotypes

Is it legal to fire a front desk clerk for not being "pretty enough?" Not in Iowa. Last Monday, the 8th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals reversed a trial judge's decision and ordered Lewis v. Heartland Inns of America, 591 F.3d 1033 (8th Cir. 2010), to trial.
