Hells Angels Can Sue San Jose Police Officers
WASHINGTON - The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to step into a dispute between the Hells Angels and a group of San Jose police officers, leaving a local branch of the motorcycle club free to sue the officers for shooting three guard dogs and seizing truckloads of the club's property.
