In Wheat v. Fraker, 130 S.E.2d 251 (Ga. 1963), a defendant appeals the trial court's denial of his motion for a new trial. In the motion he alleged that the jury foreman's wife was first cousin to plaintiff Douglas Fraker's wife and second cousin to his own wife. Judge Homer C.
