Commission on Web Politics Is in Leaderless Limbo

SACRAMENTO - Last year, Gov. Gray Davis signed legislation creating the Bipartisan Commission on Internet Political Practices. The panel is supposed to answer some of the questions sparked in recent years by political campaigning on the Internet - such as whether the same regulations that govern traditional media should be applied to the new medium.
