Plan Will Give Aid to Low-Income Litigants

SANTA ANA - Low-income Californians who represent themselves in civil court will have more computers to use at legal-aid centers, thanks to a $300,000 federal grant that Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez plans to announce today.
