Bankrupt Pacific Gas Gets OK to Resume Cleanup of Hazardous Waste
Pacific Gas and Electric Co. received permission Tuesday to spend $22 million a year on hazardous waste cleanups, which the company said would allow it to resume work it was forced to suspend at some sites because of its bankruptcy.
