After taking a significant interest in patent law last term, the U.S. Supreme Court will again wade into the patent waters, this time to decide whether a good faith belief that a patent is invalid is a defense to inducement liability under 35 U.S.C. Section 271(b).


The court will hear oral argument in the case, Commil USA LLC v. Cisco Systems Inc., next week.
