JetBlue flight attendants say they worked hours for no pay

One of the lone nonunionized groups of flight attendants is alleging wage and hour violations in putative class action.

JetBlue Airways Corp. flight attendants, one of few nonunionized groups in the industry, have sued their employer in San Francisco federal court claiming they work hours without pay.


Aviation industry employment litigation is rare because nearly all major airline companies have unionized flight attendants who typically settle any wage gripes at the collective bargaining table.
