Agriculture employee suit raises question of pregnancy accommodations

A new federal lawsuit has been filed while the U.S. Supreme Court reviews another case and the EEOC offers guidance on accommodations to pregnant employees.

As the U.S. Supreme Court reviews a lawsuit against United Parcel Services Inc. for not allowing an employee to do less physically demanding work after becoming pregnant, a very similar lawsuit has been filed in California against an area agricultural company and farm labor contractor.
