$415 million high-tech settlement could be boon to animation workers class action

U.S. District Judge Lucy H. Koh is set to consider whether animation workers have similar 'no-poach' claims to Silicon Valley engineers, though the animation studios say these workers are too late in bringing their claims.

While Judge Lucy H. Koh gave initial approval to a $415 million settlement deal in the mammoth antitrust case brought by engineers against Silicon Valley technology giants this week, courtroom allegations over collusion among the power players of entire industries is far from over.
